How you make a difference The Assistant Health Services Administrator is a support role reporting to the Health Services Administrator (HSA) and responsible for monitoring and supporting the daily activities of the medical program.
This includes a wide range of responsibilities, such as overseeing the medical staff, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and managing the delivery of healthcare services to patients.
The Assistant HSA works in conjunction with the HSA to ensure the smooth operation of the entire medical program.
Key Responsibilities Prepares reports and participates in planning, policy development, and compliance with national standards.
Maintains accurate files and staffing patterns, and assists with payroll and labor control.
Evaluates and recommends improvements to operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Maintains communication with facility administration, employees, providers, and agencies, while adhering to regulations.
Promotes a positive work environment, sets a good example for staff, and addresses grievances and patient correspondence.
Qualifications & Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Operational experience in correctional health care and delivery Preferred.
Minimum three (3) years of experience in administrative and supervisory experience preferred.
Organizational experience in operations and planning required.
Experience in managing budgets and analyzing contracts is preferred.
Licenses/Certifications Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
